Commonly used enamel steel plates have a thickness of 3-12mm, with a standard plate size of 1.25m (height) x 2.5m (width). After vertical and horizontal laps, the net size is 1.2m (height) x 2.4m (width).

 

The splicing between the enamel steel plates of the tank body involves overlapping the upper and lower steel plates and connecting them with self-locking bolts. A layer of hot-dip galvanized stirrup is added every two layers of plates. The lower left and upper right corners of the enamel steel plate are cut in a Z-shape, resulting in a thickness of three plates where four plates overlap.

 

To ensure safety and reduce high-altitude work, the enamel assembly tank is installed using the flip method. The first layer of enamel plate is installed, then the top is raised after completion, and the second layer of enamel steel plate is installed, continuing in this manner.
