I thought $25.00 was expensive. The cheaper stuff today can't handle pressure or the heat of the Sun. The connections are weak, leak and break. When is a good deal a bad deal? When it breaks and you have to send it back. I don't send junk back because my time is worth more than a junk hose and of course, who keeps receipts to big box stores?. In the end, now that I can, I buy better stuff and forget about it.

To me, this is an expensive hose. I'm having to buy several hoses, so this is getting more expensive with each hose I buy. And when it's time to get more hoses, I'll buy the expensive hoses because price aside, this is a very good hose that can handle high water pressure so I don't have to run around turning the water off. I don't have to worry about the hose looking like it's going burst. The hose can handle the heat of the sun and the fittings don't break. This is what I expect of a hose. This last hose purchase is a 100' hose; lucky me.
