MY Machinery's fully automatic high-speed tissue folding machine is mainly composed of paper loading rear rack, paper unloading rack, embossing unit, cutting unit, folding unit and counting paper output unit. The paper loading arm is controlled by a cylinder to lift the jumbo roll paper onto the paper unwinding rack, which greatly reduces the labor intensity of the operation. The jumbo roll is driven by a servo motor, passes through the paper guide roller and the arc roller in sequence, enters the cutting and folding unit by vacuum suction, cut transversely by the cutting blade roller and is then interfolded between the two paper folding rollers to form a V-shape using suction and deflation.

When the number of folded paper sheets reaches the preset number, the counting device will control the lifting platform to drop sharply, and then move the stack to the paper delivery platform through the pressure of the fork. The stack of semi-finished paper tissues can be automatically transported to the next process for cutting and packaging. If necessary, an embossing device can be configured to emboss the raw paper into a clear pattern through an embossing roller and an embossing bottom roller, making the paper soft, thick, unique and beautiful.

Our tissue folding machine can adapt to the raw paper of 13-18 gsm, and the production speed can reach 90-130m/min. The production of different raw materials, speed adjustment, host startup and shutdown, etc., all can be adjusted and controlled on the operation panel, we have made it as easy to operate as possible.
